Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Pretty Poo currently ships within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally soon—because every pup deserves a prettier walk.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping in the U.S. takes about 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your Pretty Poo order ships—so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

How do I track my order?

Once your Pretty Poo order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Just click the link to see real-time updates on your package’s journey. You can also log into your account anytime to view your order status.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We want you (and your pup) to love Pretty Poo. If something isn’t right, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, just email us at prettypoostore@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the instructions.

Please note: for safety and hygiene reasons, opened boxes or used bags cannot be returned.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, and you’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s complete.
