We want you (and your pup) to love Pretty Poo. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened boxes or used bags cannot be returned.
- All international sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email prettypoostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and provide the return address at that time. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and assist.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the print or scent you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
